using home made fixture on colchester student 1800 this is a vincent black shadow flywheel being machined vincent flywheel being machined on a colchester student 1800 this flywheel is made from en24t is being machine on home made fixture that fits on bridgport interact cnc milling machine the two flywheels need to be balanced individually so you add weight to crank pin bore get it to balance on knife edges then take the weight out and put it in the other flywheel and get that to balance with same weight then we balance the whole thing when its assembled i have been making norvin for ten years so i made flywheel assembly made enough for three engines hade to make skeleton gearbox so i could get the the sizes for the selector forks
